Jocy Luo is a partner of Jade & Fountain. Jocy’s practice covers dispute resolution (litigation and commercial arbitration), foreign investments, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and liquidation, corporate, criminal law, family and private wealth management matters. During her practice of more than 10 years as an attorney, Jocy provides continual legal service for several major financial institutions, state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations and international organizations and has received overseas training at an international Italian law firm. She has also been awarded as Advanced Female Lawyer in Changning District.
Jocy has practice wide experience in dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) primarily in the field of Company Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property, Securities Law, Bankruptcy Law, Foreign Investment, Antitrust and Competition, which constitutes one of her practice specialties.
