Russel Aydin is a business lawyer with practical legal experience in Canada, Australia, India and China. As international counsel at Jade & Fountain, Russel’s main practice areas are general corporate and commercial matters, including foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and intellectual property. He also has extensive experience in advising clients on practical legal matters such as: incorporating companies in China, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, trademark registration and IP infringement, business contracts, cross border transactions, outbound investment, commercial leasing and estate law.
Before joining Jade & Fountain, Russel had over 5 years of experience at a Canadian business law firm in Vancouver.
Russel is currently licensed to practice with the Law Society of British Columbia. He is able to assist clients with outbound deals in the Canadian market, immigration inquiries, investments into both Canadian residential and commercial real estate, estate inquiries and notarizations of Canadian legal documentation.
