Elisabeth Liu is an international counsel of Jade & Fountain. Elisabeth Liu is mainly in charge of business development and counseling regarding foreign-based companies in search of legal advising in China for their activities in China.
Her expertise focuses in foreign investments concerning corporate and commercial law (including drafting international contracts such as supply, distribution and service agreements).
Elisabeth also has strong experience in industrial and intellectual property law. She assisted clients in setting up prevention and protection strategies against counterfeits in China, which involve drafting of very protective complex multiple licenses agreements (trademark, design, patent, technology and know-how).
Prior to joining Jade & Fountain, Elisabeth worked for several years with a major European law firm alliance in France and in Shanghai, gaining strong experience in handling cross-border matters for European clients investing into China.
