Frank Zhao is a partner of Jade & Fountain. Frank is specialized in litigation, commercial arbitration, IP dispute resolution, labor dispute resolution and general corporate matter. Frank also has extensive experience in the area of FDI and M&A. Frank has also received overseas training at a Canadian law firm.
Frank has notable expertise in a broad variety of contentious work, including contract dispute, international goods sales and purchase dispute, foreign investment dispute, trademark and unfair competition, infringement of business secret, franchise dispute, product liability, labor dispute and other general corporate/commercial dispute. Frank has also rendered his legal support to a number of international sport associations in the protection/enforcement of their intellectual property rights in China.
