Jade & Fountain’s Chairman David Chen, as one of the three experts, participates in the legislation for Shanghai Municipal Regulations for Administration of E-commerce jointly organized the Shanghai Municipal Government Office of Legislative Affairs and Shanghai Information Industry Committee. The Regulations are tentatively planned to be submitted to the Municipal People’s Congress for approval and then be promulgated within this year.
