Frank Zhao, a senior associate from the Shanghai office of Jade & Fountain was invited by the Bar of Montreal for an exclusive interview on Chinese law in the prestigious Courthouse of Montreal.
During the interview, Mr. Zhao presented the fundamentals of the Chinese legal system from compared perspectives and the recent developments of Chinese legislation covering intellectual property protection, corporate governance, labor dispute resolution and the litigation procedure. This exclusive interview was arranged as part of the Shanghai-Montreal exchange program and highlights the increasingly closer relationship between the legal communities of both cities.
