Judy specializes in foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, capital market, private equity/venture capital and general corporate matters. Before joining Jade & Fountain, Judy worked at the Shanghai office of Herbert Smith and Hogan & Hartson, and practised at two leading PRC law firms.
We welcome Ms. Deng onboard and look forward to her contribution. Her extensive experience in FDI, M&A and capital market will further strengthen our practice in these fields.
