Jade & Fountain is pleased to announce that Mr. Jack Su has joined Jade & Fountain's Shanghai office as a partner on October 8, 2011.
Mr. Su specializes in intellectual property law. He has many years of experience advising in intellectual property rights registration, protection and dispute resolution cases, for which he has represented a large amount of international and Chinese well-known brands. Mr. Su also holds strong academic attainments contributing to intellectual property law. He is a member of All China Lawyers Association IPR Committee. He wrote, co-wrote and participated in the compilation of "Trademark Strategy Management", "Trademark Business Guide" and other works and academic articles in intellectual property law.
