Jade and Fountain is delighted to have been announced as one of the finalists for the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2010. The firm has been shortlisted for the Taiwan Deal of the Year Award in recognition of its representation of Array Networks in their USD79m initial public offering on the Taiwan G Market, Taiwan's emerging stock market. The transaction, which completed last year, resulted in the first ever listing, on the Taiwan stock exchange, of a company whose main business operations are in mainland China. The ALB Hong Kong Law Awards will take place on September 10, 2010.
