October 18, 2006 - Scott Guan and Jeff Yao, partners of Jade & Fountain, participated in the Ambassador Programs organized by People to People (www.ambassadorprograms.org). Scott Guan gave a key note speech on China’s legal framework on foreign investment and commercial transactions to a visiting group of fifty or so legal professionals, including judges, lawyers and law professors from the US and Europe. Scott and Jeff also discussed with the group issues about the current status of the legal profession in China.
