Jade & Fountain PRC Law Firm accepted the commission from the famous Grand Prix brand agent late last year, and applied for an application not to execute the arbitration award. After nearly six months' hearing procedures, the trial court ultimately adopted the opinions of Jade & Fountain, confirmation of the arbitration award was made based on unclear facts and wrongly adopted applicable law, due to this it determined not to enforce the arbitration award. The law suit and exploration of this legal area imposes a significant effect to fill the gaps of effective domestic arbitration award procedural relief and to expand the practice of lawyers in this field recent years.
