Kevin Tu, as one of the 12 lawyers representing Shanghai lawyers whose research papers are selected, participated in the 7th East China Lawyer’s Forum held in Hangzhou from 25th to 27th in September 2009. The title of Kevin Tu’s research paper is “Relevant Legal Analysis on Bill Advertisement”.
