Jade & Fountain acted as PRC legal counsel to Array Networks in the company's USD79m initial public offering on Taiwan GreTai Securities Market, Taiwan's emerging stock market, in May 2009. The listing makes Array Networks, which was founded in 2000 and is a global leader in SSL VPN markets, the first foreign company to be listed in Taiwan. It is also the first time that a company with main business operations in mainland China to be listed in Taiwan stock market. The lead investment bank for the transaction is ChinaTrust Commercial Bank from Taiwan. Corporate partner Scott Guan and Steven Huang led the Jade & Fountain team in the transaction.
