Jeffrey specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment and China-related securities offerings. Prior to joining Jade & Fountain, Jeffrey had practiced with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for ten years in both London and Shanghai, with Herbert Smith for two years in Shanghai and with Haiwen & Partners for two years in Beijing. Jeffrey qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2001.
