On June 29, the China National Institute for SCO International Exchange and Judicial Cooperation established the SCO Research Center of Rule of Law. Our senior partner, David Chen was invited to participate in the conference having been a member of the Expert Consultation Committee at the SCO Research Center of Rule of Law for 3 years.
