Recently, at the 13th East China Lawyers' Forum held in Fuzhou, the paper written by our partner TU Lei and our lawyer ZHANG Yi, which is entitled as “Common Dispute Focus and Relevant Analysis on Legal Issues with respect to the Valuation Adjustment Mechanism”, won the prize of Excellent Law Paper. East China Lawyers' Forum is an important communication platform for the lawyers from six provinces and one city within East China, which is held for most times with great influence among other regional lawyers’ forums of China. The aforementioned paper is acting as one of the twelve papers selected by Shanghai Bar Association for the evaluation and participation in this forum.
