February 18, 2008 – Jade & Fountain announced today that Mr. Qiao Bo joined the firm's Shanghai office as its senior partner. Qiao Bo has almost ten-year extensive hands-on experience in corporate, M&A, banking and finance, and labor law. Before joining Jade & Fountain, he worked at major PRC law firms and a major Hong Kong based law firm.
