July 10, 2007 – Jade & Fountain PRC Lawyers announced today that senior Canadian lawyer, Blaine Turnacliff, joined the firm and will be resident in the firm's Shanghai office. Blaine Turnacliff joined as a senior international counsel of the firm working with the firm's corporate and M&A group. Prior to joining Jade & Fountain, Blaine was heading the Shanghai office of Lehman, Lee and Xu.
