On February 6, 2007, the first meeting of the 14th People’s Congress of Changning District, Shanghai was held in Changning government building. Jade & Fountain’s Chairman David Chen, as the selected People’s Congress representative, participated in this meeting. With the trust and hope of more than 600,000 local residents and responsibilities granted by the Constitution and state laws, David will discuss with other representatives and determine the main objectives for the development of economic and society in Changning District for the following 5 years.
